This is a 5-day training module developed to build knowledge and skills of outreach workers to plan and implement effective outreach. The main manual is accompanied by a supplementary manual that contains all presentations used by the facilitator during the training.
The manual is supported by various aids like an animation film, situation cards, a puzzle game and a ready reference booklet that contains a complete set of monitoring and evaluation tools for targeted intervention projects. A handbook has also been developed that summarizes the core content of the training module. |
