This is a 6-day training module that builds the knowledge and skills of programme managers to plan, implement and monitor targeted intervention projects. It is accompanied by a supplementary manual that is a participant ‘take-away’.
Apart from a case study film, the manual is supported by flash cards, a puzzle game and a tent card that is a reminder take-away for the participants. An easy reference booklet containing a comprehensive set of monitoring and evaluation formats is also provided. A handbook has been developed that summarizes the core content of the training module. |
