The 3-day package consists of a training manual and a set of visual aids, including slide presentations, films, situation cards and game cards. The package is aimed at helping trainers understand the concept of Instructional Design (ID) and Adult Learning, orienting trainers on AIDDE Model of ID and equipping trainers to perform audience analysis and training needs assessment apart from curriculum development and training evaluations.
