Challenges in Programme Management: Case Studies

Duration: 15:27 mins

Year of Production: 2009

Client: National AIDS Control Organization and Public Health Foundation of India (with funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation)

Brief Description: This is a stop-and-start film that focuses on the challenges a programme manager of a targeted intervention project is likely to face. At the end of each case questions are posed for the audience to discuss. Key learnings from each case are also summarized to help the facilitator to wrap-up the discussion.

Additional aid: The pictorial cards accompanying the film may be used in situations where the film cannot be screened. These cards illustrate the cases in the film and present the same questions for discussion and summary points.
